Works great. My grandson enjoys it and I was easy for him to learn to operate. Good thing it comes with two rechargeable batteries as the battery life is really short.

updated: The new one received was working good. great customer service. thanks Good built materials but after just few days of use . The bus no longer runs . It turns on and makes noise but wouldn’t go . Tried with both battery fully charged and still wouldn’t go

Taking the chargeable battery in and out every 30 minutes isn't easy. Got unscrew the bottom, pull the batterie off the cord, then put the backup battery in. But, it does have a backup battery so keep that tiny screw driver handy. My son loves it.

The truck works with this defective pinion gear positioned with the missing tooth away from the rack, which is why we didn’t notice the problem right away. The pinion skipped in a collision, after which steering didn’t work. I can reorient the gear and it works until we crash hard enough to skip the pinion gear again. It’s been nice showing my grandson how to fix it, but I’d like to order a replacement gear and have been unable to get in touch with someone who might sell us one. I’m hoping someone will contact me. I’m happy to pay for the new part.
