Simply the best monitor on the market
This Dell monitor is simply outstanding. Very easy to set up and assemble for desktop placement. However, the 4K image is very crisp and colours are mind blowing whichever source you feed in. The sound quality is also very very decent from the five front loaded mini speakers. Dolby Vision is a bonus and extremely affordable for a screen this size. The quality of the OLED screen and mounting stand is very stylish too. I almost made the mistake of buying the prehistoric Apple Studio 27". This monitor has everything - looks, practicality, and ergonomics too. Lastly, it comes with a three year Dell warranty. Try getting that with Apple.!

I love this monitor. If you like dark mode, you might too.
This monitor is superb, I'm so glad I bought it. But I almost didn't. I agonised over buying a new monitor for years. Every screen seemed to have its own compromises: backlight glow, the wrong type of ports, low refresh rates. QD-OLEDs were expensive, and had a reputation for burn-in and poor text quality. I was on the verge of buying a mid-range 4K IPS screen, when the price dropped on the S3225QC, making it around £50 more. I have an OLED TV it's redefined my expectations for screens, so I decided to risk it. Six weeks later, and I love it. The text quality is sharp, the inky black and glossy screen is so soothing when writing and coding in dark mode (I have a north-facing office, so bright sunshine isn't an issue). The build and appearance are fantastic, a beautiful ash-white chassis and a subtle fabric soundbar. My Mac Mini sits on the base of the stand and wakes the screen in an instant. I read a lot about monitors before buying, and saw so many threads warning not to buy an OLED for productivity. That might have been true last year, but these 2025 panels seem to address many of the tech's previous limitations. I run it below 50% brightness, I use Better Display to achieve near Retina quality smoothness using HiDPI. The picture looks gorgeous, scrolling is so smooth, the screen real estate is huge, it actually feels calming to work on. It turns out you can use a QD-OLED for work, and enjoy it. Highly recommended.

Solid 4K Monitor with a Few Trade-Offs (MAC User)
The 120hz refresh rate really makes a noticeable difference, and the 4K resolution is impressively crisp everything looks sharp and smooth. That said, the built-in speakers are underwhelming. They work fine for casual use, but they can sound a bit muffled and don’t match the quality of the display. Mac users should be aware: connect via USB-C only. If you use HDMI, the screen is capped at 30hz, which completely defeats the purpose of the high refresh rate. On the positive side, the front-facing USB hub is a nice touch. It makes plugging in devices quick and convenient. Overall, it’s a great monitor for the price if you value smooth visuals and 4K clarity, just don’t expect much from the speakers.

Expectational quality
This monitor is fantastic, picture quality is great, sound quality is exceptional, monitor produces no disturbing sounds, easy to set up, can adjust screen the way you want, one can sit for hours in front of the screen, and your eyes don't get tired, refresh rate is great no tearing of screen, looks good, no idea of gamming as I don't use it for gamming. In short a very good monitor, would recommend

Mac Mini M4
Mac Mini M4. I thought I would start with Mac Mini M4 as it took me a long time to find a monitor that has totally blown my socks off! For those who want a Mac monitor and don’t want to spend the money? Well this is for you. Especially for compatibility! I give it a 10/10 for compatibility. I am blown away by it! No more HMDI cable. Just a fantastic usb c cable that comes with it to give you the up most beautiful graphics. I give the graphics 10/10 People go on about the sound? I can say the sound quality is brilliant! You will not be disappointed. I give the sound 10/10 The build and overall quality is a 10/10. So simple and easy to put together and take apart. This has been well thought out. Practicality is above and beyond what you get with apple monitors. Don’t get me wrong I know the parts inside an apple monitor probably cost is more but really ? If you know someone with an apple monitor then please do show this off to them as they have overpaid. I cannot see a difference. If anything you get so much more with this monitor. I have now taken it apart as it’s a Christmas present to myself after using my new Mac mini M4 on another monitor. By far the best bit of technology I have purchased. If you are an Apple user and want to your display right? This is the one. Just make sure you use the usb c cable that comes with it. That’s all there is to it. Go for it!

I chose for it's price, functionality and premium feel: recommended
Really good features and functions, like the colour, landscape/portrait option front mounted USB sockets in a drop-down pod, my photos are much better looking using the cool colour setting with shadows showing up better and not suppressed. The menu access and adjustment is much better than my old AOC (cheap-n-cheerful but compromised) with a D-pad type navigation so much more accessible. Had some weird audio and picture artifacts fixed by using a decent HDMI cable - all round I really like it.

Brilliant product and compatible with Windows 11 and Macbook pro
It works pretty well with my macbook pro 2019 (Intel). Since I am using a thunderbolt 5 docking station from Kensington, I'm not using the power delivery to my laptop. Instead i'm using HDMI to thunderbolt 4/5 and works like a charm. Probably better video quality with the hub? I'm using 2560 x 1440, and 60 hertz, quality is comparable with the macbook screen. I can confidently say with this type of setup, I can upgrade to M4 pro laptop. No whine coil noise that I have been hearing about. As long as you read the documentation on all devices, and check for compatibility, it should all work as well. The retractable side for UBC and usb-c/ thunderbolt at the bottom is useful too. One review about wobble screen is kinda true, some may exaggerate the extent of it but who shakes their desk? Maybe worth investing in a new stand too.

Good budget option for Mac users
For a long time, I held out from 4K monitors. I heard all the "issues" about scaling, and thought I could only live with a 5K display. The issue is, they are no 5K monitors that are ALSO 120Hz. And I refuse to use a 60 Hz display in 2025! Especially when my MacBook Pro has been 120Hz for years now! And so yes, this monitor isn't as perfect as a 120Hz 27" 5K panel would be. But it comes pretty damn close. Yes, 4K will look a little more fuzzy if you use the "look like 1440p" scaling option (which any sane person should do), but it is a heck of a lot better than a Low DPI display, and to be honest, I hardly notice it unless I'm nitpicking. If you ever used the "More Space" option on your MacBook display, it looks like that. Not perfect, but not "awful" like everyone says. Oh, and the 120Hz is buttery smooth and goes well with my 14" MacBook Pro on the side. Of course, this is an IPS panel, but for around £300, beggars can't be choosers :D The USB-C docking is a must have quality of life feature for Mac laptop users. It charges and does video over one USB-C cable. You can even plug in a drive for your Time Machine backups on the monitor. Trust me, the £50 difference between the HDMI version and the USB-C version is so worth it. Buy once cry once. One piece of feedback I'd give to the manufacturers is to add "snapping points" to the hinges, i.e. have it stop and "snap" into place at exactly 0º, 90º, 180º etc. Overall, this is a good budget option for Mac users. What you get is pretty solid for the price. If you need a 2nd monitor or don't want to risk OLED burn in, this is a great choice!
