Q: Is this dual channel ram? Having problems getting all four sticks to run

Yes. A ram stick could be faulty. Remove two sticks of ram and check by the Windows memory diagnostic tool. If they are good then replace one good stick of ram with one of the others and test again. Do the same thing to test the last stick. If it is bad replace that stick of ram. If the test is good then a ram slot is reading good or at all. Anytime you remove any ram unplug the computers power cord. Ensure all ram is clean and check all ram ports for debris, grease or damage. put all four clean ram sticks back in and plug the power cord back in. Turn it on and try it.
