Screen is beautiful, works perfectly, and is a delight to use. Just wish it rolled up all the way. It actually does but then always goes back out about an inch so that the bottom edge of the black frame is visible. It would be great if this could be adjusted with a simple manual tweaking. I bought it as a white case for that reason. Will inquire to see if this is adjustable. I understand that it is with Elite Screens but not sure if that model has this feature. Will update my review once I know for sure.

Long story shortBought the projector screen 12-16-20251. First projector screen was in a fatal accident and impounded by the police2. I was told a replacement of the screen would take 4-5 months, so I had to do research to find similar models3. Spent weeks waiting for them to ship me the alternative screen4. Screen came with a broken/defective circuit board5. Sent me a new circuit board but I had to install it which is difficult while it's attached to the ceiling. Why isn't warranty work done by a certified and trained professional? Instructions had steps missing and we overall inaccurate.6. Managed to get the circuit board installed, but then noticed very large vertical wrinkles in the screen. Steps provided to potentially fix the screen were not directly for my issue and was a video with no audio.7. 90 days later I have spent probably close to 100 hours on the phone, emailing, and texting to get a working Elite Screen Projector Screen.

Unfortunately I’ll warn anyone thinking about purchasing from this company that they have horrible client support. If anything breaks on the screen, they will claim that the warranty is not applicable and not do anything to rectify the issue. Such a shame because the product worked well, until it didn’t. I’d recommend you look elsewhere.
