This product literally made me sick. It contains totally unhealthy levels of B12. Elevated B12 levels can cause nausea, heart palpitations, and other symptoms. I contacted Nutrafol multiple times but they just referred me to the seller (Amazon) which is ridiculous because the problem is with their product.

Hang in there. If you take it as directed you will notice new growth perking up. Give it at least 3-4 months taking 4 pills each day. You will see your hair coming back and better. I really like this product. My hair feels thicker. My only complaint is the label read 120 quantity. I take 4 everyday. At the end of the treatment there is only 3 doses left. It seem to happen all the time
