Keeps food hot and easy to use.
Bought this for our food trailer, works great keeps food hot and holds a decent amount of 4 different foods. It is easy to used, just plug in add water put in your pans and let it heat up. It’s easy to clean and has made us more money than it cost.

Not worth it
This product was working great for the first 2 weeks but now the dispenser quit working. It’s a shame because you can’t find replacement spouts. I will not buy another one again.

Good but didn't work for me
It worked pretty well for heating but the Carmel i was using was too thick and seized in the pump. The pump disassembled when I found this out so it didn't work for my application but I still would recommend it for sauces that aren't solid before heating
