Excellent. The right size and enough resistance

These paddles are great. I did some research and these came highly recommend and the recommendation did not disappoint. They are a nice size, they offer good resistance, they are pretty easy to adjust and they make my swim workouts so much better.

not great, these cause shoulder pain for me . not sure if the size was off but i felt these were very tiny and i have tiny hands . was not worth it .
