Q: Does this come with a mount? If not, what mount will fit it?

It does not come with a mount. But it will fit a standard garden flag mount. I tried to add a picture but was unable. I’m happy with the pole (I got the white) it is very sturdy

Q: Is this a flagpole for truck

Yes, it's a very durable good purchase, We often headed up to the clearing on the mountain, often with a lot of wind, and it held up very well on the way.

Q: How fast can I drive with these on my truck?

The poles aren't super strong but it would depend on how good, and big, of flag you have. With my thin flag I would say maybe 30mph tops.
