This cane is beautiful and functional. Many compliments received on its appearance. The light and siren for this cane are bright and loud. My husband developed a balance issue and needed walking assistance, and this has been perfect with the light/siren easily accessible when walking without having to look down. The best part….The warranty is UNBELIEVABLE. The customer service is exemplary. The cane has had a problem charging. And after discussion and photos, the company just sent another cane. Patient and respectful throughout. Simple discourse. No hoops to jump through. They truly stand behind their product and are willing to make it right for the customer. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I bought the cane late last summer and it arrived on time and in good shape. The cane might be a bit on the fancy side for some but it is nice and sturdy construction. Actually, I first bought its sister cane but swapped it for this one because that one was too gaudy for me. To each his own. The extra "feet" would be nice for those who need them. The light was helpful on a few occasions and I appreciated that. The siren would have gotten attention if I had needed it. I appreciated it. Unfortunately, the light and siren stopped working recently. It has a rechargeable battery and I tried to recharge it. I thought that the recharging was working because the recharge light on the cane want on. However, the battery never took a charge or the light and siren just died. In any case, the light and siren are not working. I followed the support link and tried the actions recommended in the written list, but with no luck. I did not see any way to make an in-person connection. So, the cane was great while the electronics worked. I still use it as a regular cane and it is good for that. However, the electronic feature was short-lived in my case. After my comment was submitted, I was contacted by the seller. After I explained the problem and what I had done to try to remedy it, the seller generously agreed to make me whole. The service was exceptional. Therefore I am upgrading my response to 5 stars.

I should have bought this YEARS ago!! Dave and I had planned a trip to Las Vegas and I knew that , between my hip, back and neuropathy in my feet, that this was going to be taxing. Pros: Good as a walking stick, nice-looking, shape of the handle is comfortable even without having a foam cover. Having all three options for the base was part of my decision to buy this cane. I prefer the quad base but should something happen to it, I have two backups. Cons: So far, only one, the flashlight is now flickering and then dying within a few minutes after charging. It was nice while it lasted. The alarm still works but it's not something I need daily and now that the light isn't working properly, I wonder if the alarm will work when I need it to. It's the end of January so the light only lasted for about 5-6 weeks. It would be better to have a removable flashlight so it could be replaced if necessary. Edit: Upgraded to 4 stars from 3 because of the prompt excellent customer service. The alarm doesn't seem to be affected so only the flashlight must have a wire loose to the USB module. They offered a free replacement, but, since everything else worked, we agreed on a partial refund instead. It's good to have people who back up their product so well.

This is a very good cane, expensive, but worth it.. The cane comes in two parts, with interchangeable pads (single and four pads), on one base and a wide four pad base on the other for extra stability. The stems are put on with pressure clips, (like a set of crutches), with lots of adjustments possible. The head of the unit - where your hand rests - contains an LED light and an alarm. I haven't used them but both look pretty good. The light/alarm unit is charged with a USB cable, so no batteries required. The connection at the top and for the stem is gold colored with a shiny star pattern, which I liked. Since getting it, walking around has become so much easier. People are not inclined to push you so the cane is noticeable. I don't expect to get another one for some time, but would buy this again.

Versatility is a fantastic option, light weight, nice design.

The king does not be in so it makes hard for when you need it to fold up. The alarm should be in a different location so we can go off at any time when you put pressure on the handle other than that it’s a great cane.

This Cane has more functions, durable, steady on your usage, has a led light, and a siren for emergency alertness, Great for older people, high definition on the grip, easy to hold, Great Value for the money, Color choice is subtle and not flashy, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.
