Abracadabra French Horn (Pupil's Book): The way to learn through songs and tunes (Abracadabra Brass)

This is a useful book for beginners building up notes and reinforcing previous notes and learning to sight read. As I always teach beginners on Bb single horns, I write in the fingerings as this is published for F fingering only. Something the publishers ought to look at.Takes the pupil nicely up to grade one standard by about piece 40. Used for years. Recommended.

Very useful for beginners with lots of songs and theory.

Old fashioned book in modern cover. Still does the job.

Good book with some great songs in it to play. Good for learners. I bought it along with the Tune a Day book and together they provide a good mix of songs. But I have also found a great teacher locally who has added more about how to play the French horn that sadly just was not in the books. It could have been but wasn't.
