This has been an EXTREMELY GOOD CUSHION, especially considering the price! It was comfy for 8 or 9 months at least, which is not very common for me. I'm very heavy and sit at a desk 8 hrs a day for work. Even cushions that cost $50 to $80 went mostly flat in about 2 months usually. I came back to buy another one of these and figured that's about as good a recommendation as I could give. If you're a big fatty like me and need a long lasting comfy seat cushion, this is the best I've found so far.

This is a little too big to fit in some public type seating ie. Airplane, bus, etc. But it does help if you have a pain near your tail bone. You definitely feel the cooling gel in it. The rubber dots on the bottom make sure that it doesn't slide from the place you put it easily.

I have a broken tailbone which can be very painful off & on. I put this cushion in my home office chair & the comfort & pain relief are beyond my satisfaction. I’ll get another one for my hard chair in the living room. Totally portable & doesn’t slip around. I love this cushion.

I ordered and used this pre/post knee replacement, got better, didn’t need, and now need again one year later with bone on bone hip pain & need for total hip replacement. I ordered one for my partner who has a sit down desk job & he states this has made a huge difference-eliminating back and joint pain from extensive sitting. I ordered a second one for me to have one in the house (dining room chair) and one in the car. The one in the car is great because there are some restaurants, etc with really uncomfortable wood or metal chairs - and if I encounter this I just get the cushion from the car and bring it in- it has a convenient handle on the side for carrying. So I basically don’t have to exclude places to eat, etc. it’s been a very useful purchase

Not really for back pain. I have been having issues with my lower back and was desperately looking for something that would help with that while sitting. I bought this because it is supposed to help with that according to the description. It didn’t at all. It is very cushy, so it is good if you’re sitting on a harder chair. But other than cushiness and propping me up by a couple of inches, it was no better than any other cushion in my experience. Plus after a while, it became a little uncomfortable in the way the grooves caused me to sit. I gave up and it’s now found a home in my closet.

I love this gel type of seat cushion. I tend to keep buying them because I end up giving them to others who need relief. I use these in my office chairs and in my car. Especially on long trips, my husband and I both use these cushions.

I originally wrote a 1-star review, but then I realized I had it positioned backward! You'd expect the brand name to face outward from the chair, but it's the other way around. Anyway, once that was sorted out, this cushion has turned out to be really good!It's good and firm, but has enough give to be cushiony for this 210-pound woman. I'm not sure the shape will actually help with my sciatica, since it feels like it squishes down pretty evenly when sat upon, but it won't make it *worse*, so there's nothing to lose! It made my old chair more comfortable, and raised me up a couple of inches, which makes my desk setup more ergonomic.
