I bought this box as a bit of a punt, having considered buying a far more expensive Givi or Shad alternative. It arrived quickly and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. The catches and hinges all work as they should and there were no defects in manufacture. It comes with some universal clamp fittings but I didn’t want to use these on the painted rack of my V85TT, so I managed to use the existing bracketry from my old Shad top box. This allowed the mounting plate supplied with this case to be bolted on with minimal bodgery. So far the box has proven to be secure and reasonably robust. My minor criticisms are the hinges are plastic and there is no retaining strap between the lid and body, which would give the plastic hinges additional protection. They do, however seem to be robust enough so far. As I said, minor criticisms taking into account the £200 I saved with this box. I’ve not tested how waterproof the box is yet.

This is amazing value for money. Fits perfectly to my 2017 BMW R1200RS, and really looks the part next to the bikes mostly black paint scheme. The method to attach and detach from the rack isn't 100% smooth but that's not a problem for me as its staying on full stop. The inside being lined is great too, and I can confirm it does fit a 2xl flip front HJC helmet inside as well, plus gloves.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the build and the finish of this top box. It was very well packaged for delivery, easy to install on the bike (BMW F800GT), and is solid as a rock on all types of road and in very windy conditions. The locks are strong and easy to operate, and the quality overall is above and beyond the Givi boxes I have installed on my other bikes, and this, when compared to the additional costs of mounts, and passenger cusions, etc., associated with the others, is very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend considering this as an option when looking for your next top box.

Bought as couldn't justify the equivalent givi set up. The kit includes box, back rest, metal mount, fixings and spare metal fixings mounts, hivis stickers and a collection of aesthetic stickers.Box is easy to mount on a universal plate (fitted to a BMW f800gt) although in my head the design would make more sense if the box was pushed onto the mount from the bike end instead of from behind. (As at speed the air is essentially pushing the box in the direction you would pull it off). That said it mounts well and the bottom clip secures it in place.The interior is well sized and the liner appears decent quality. There is a smell of adhesive when opened by two days aired has pretty much cleared it.The seat backs are easily fitted and feel ok. The two hi Vis sticker options are simple and easy to attach. Not quite sure the aesthetic stickers will be used but it's a nice touch.All in all very pleased, I would say you can find this box sold by a number of vendors across different platforms. It's clearly mass produced in a factory and then sold by various companies with some bunging in extra stuff like back rests.

Absolutely blown away by the quality of this top box, for this price would expect something a little less quality however it is unbelievably well constructed, the fit and finish are better than OEM BMW. 100% recommended. You will not be disappointed if you buy this box.

Overall, a good top box for the price.While it’s not the most waterproof option, it offers plenty of storage with its 65L capacity.Installation was straightforward and easy to fit on the motorcycle.My only complaint is that delivery was delayed by 4 days, as it was handled by Royal Mail.

installed this on my F 850 gs bike. there almost one year without any issues . no water inside , defo recommend it
