Q: What is the firmness rating? Soft, medium or firm/ very firm?

I'd say medium-firm! Although 2 weeks after my teen daughter slept on it, it all bunched up in the middle of the mattress and went a very odd and uncomfortable shape!

Q: Are there handles on the side of matterss to handle when you rotate or move ?

There are no handles and the mattress must not be turned.

Q: Are you going to take for disposal my old mattress? Is there any extra charge? Thank you.

There was no option to take delivery of the old mattress. I got In touch with our refuse department and arranged a collection cost me £10 but worth it.
