These work great for my husband. We went on a cruise, and he wore these at bedtime. The bed and he stayed dry the whole night. It made for a smoother vacation, and he was not frustrated that he wet the bed. They fit him well and wicked away the moisture from his body. They were super absorbent and held in the urine. They are expensive but brought him peace of mind.

This came in super handy when we had to travel out of town for my husband's colonoscopy. What can I say, after having to consume one gallon of GoLytely, these are the best option to have handy.

Bought these for my husband—not because of age, but because of alcohol. Let’s just say on his “fun nights,” he turns into a 200lb sleepwalking fire hydrant and me and the bed both pay the price. Trying to wrestle one of these onto him is an Olympic sport. They’re not exactly made for stealth diapering an unconscious adult.I figured these would save my mattress and my sanity. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. They’re probably great for normal incontinence or minor leaks, but a full-bladder drunken waterfall? Nope. These things tapped out halfway through the night.To be fair, they seem to be comfortable (he doesn’t complain), discreet, and probably excellent for their intended purpose. But if you’ve got a grown man who drinks like a frat boy and sleeps like a baby? Invest in multiple waterproof mattress covers and pads like I did.

So far I haven’t found anything that holds as well as this gel does for night sleeping. Still looking.

I purchase these for my paraplegic son, who some times has issues with incontinence at night. He has tried other incontinence protection garments but likes these the best. They do not leak as badly as other, less expensive brands, and the fit is better as well.

They are exorbitant, except for if you sleep on your back, they do have a tendency to leak that’s why I’m giving them a three star however though for the price I feel if it’s a good deal personally, though I find with these are best suited for me forLong car rides or for out and about where bathrooms will not be easily available I think some of the adult bikers are way better and a little bit more comfortable to wear at night
