I like the kadai, it's cute, the lid fits properly, size is perfect, what I wanted, good for making food for one person, or frying small items, it takes less oil.. I big kadai we need more oil.. I bought it for my krishna bhog making..Thickness is good, handles are big and doesn't get hot on less flame,Heat distribution is also good,

The first time I ordered this kadhai, it's lid had an off-centre handle which is unacceptable for a product that's claimed to be very fine quality. I requested a replacement. This time the box seems to be opened and repackaged as the kadhai didn't come in its cover like first time while the lid came in its cover. This lid too has an off-centre handle and it's backside has minor crack and welding marks at the back.Since I really liked the kadhai, I connected with the manufacturer and they were very prompt, understanding and helped me out with the proper product.I have now been using it for past 2-3 days, primarily for deep frying purposes and I am happy. It's deep, so even in less oil it holds more stuff. I Cooked vegetable also in it once, and it's fine with that too. Post deep frying I had to use the steel scrub to remove all the oil stains which is normal with every vessel post deep frying.I am happy with this purchase, it's cute small size, it's steel and not the regular aluminum.
