I have had more glout attacks this year than years past. This has really helped me bounce back from a flare up. If you have bad gout you need this.

GC worked well to clear up gout, along with doctor prescribed allopurinol and change of diet. Now I only take one GC a day on maintenance. The allopurinol caused drowsiness for me. GC has no side effects. Easy to swallow, reasonable price.

This is an easy pill to swallow. You have to take 3 at a time to meet the recommended dose, but they go down fine. There is no bad taste or aftertaste. The gel capsules are on the larger side, but not alarmingly so. While I still have some aching joints, there does seem to be a bit of a decrease in the severity. I especially notice the improvement when eating acidic foods, when it would normally hurt more, but didn't. Price is good to compared to similar products.

These did not help my gout at all. The pain never subsided. Don’t waist your money.

Wasn't expecting it to work like a miracle supplement, but it gets the job done.Only issue is that you might need to take more than the bottle says in order for any results to occur. It's all dependent on the person though.Doesn't taste bad, and is relatively easy to swallow, as long as you have water nearby.Consult w your physician before taking it though just in case.
