It was exactly what I needed. Links up easily and works like a charm.

works with my circa 1990's lift master opener. just match the color of the "learn" button on your opener unit with the one in the description. replaced the oem liftmaster remote. fit in the footprint, but had to sink on new screw. this one has better lid detents so it wont snap shut on your hand. better lights. and doesnt lose connection regularly. in fairness the liftmaster was old, but this unit was much cheaper. will see if it lasts.

Bought this item 2 years ago. Easy set up and operation is reasonable. However, it EATS!! batteries. Ever since purchasing it, I have had to replace the battery on a regular basis. The unit gets almost no use (purchased it for convenience, not necessity), but every time I try to use it, the battery is dead. I wouldn't recommend this item to my worst enemy. If there were a "0" star rating, that would be my choice.

Can't describe it but it works well looks like the original gets the job done. But definitely buy again.

The 9v battery that came installed was dead. Replace battery and it works great.The date code on bottom of battery was 10-1025BF.It was a GP supercell 1604S 6F22 9V battery that only measured 8.7V. It would have beenbetter if battery was not installed until needed.

Directions on lid did not connect. We used the directions for the old one. Holding the red/orange button on the opener unit, then entering the code when it flashed, had it connected in a flash.

Works as expected. Easy to install and connect to garage door. Very useful to now be able to enter garage without having to carry an opener. Would recommend to others.

Was fairly easy to install and setup with my Garage door opener. Used probably about 15 times. Came back from vacation and after hitting a couple buttons there was a continuous beeping sound and the unit seemed to lock-up. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the battery multiple times, every time that I reinsert the battery it just starts making the continuous beeping sound again. Totally non-functional now. Unfortunate too because it was just a few weeks past the Amazon 30-day return period.1/5, pretty disappointed as it seemed to break randomly and quickly. Keep in mind this was in California (i.e. never got below freezing temperatures), and was underneath an overhang so it was protected from the rain.
