Has anyone found a good way to add labels, tags, or color coding to the exterior of this bag? It can be hard to differentiate them from each other.

I haven't added a label but it has a hole you can attach a tag to. Alternatively different colored zip ties attached to either rhe hole with the grommet or zipper would work. The material itself doesn't really work for labels since it is flexible.

Does this include the ClipTech hubs?

No. ClipTech hubs are not included.

Are these compatible with ClipTech hubs?

I don’t believe they can. The clip tech hubs are made for the more job specific, rigid style, tool pouches with the clip tech attachment point. These are a soft pouch with no rigid reinforcement for wearing on a belt. They do have a grommet and can be hung using a carabiner clip.
