Just very impressed with this product: I literally lost 36 pounds -- 15% of my bodyweight -- in less than 4 months using 310 powder in my shakes, and it was EASY. 2 shakes a day using this powder, almond milk, greek yogurt, and frozen berries. It's MUCH better and more satisfying than other nutrition/protein powders. I tried a few other powders after losing the weight, but this is the only one that truly satisfies me -- and the only one on which I've lost significant weight. Truly, truly excellent!

I've tried many kinds of protein drink mixes, but this one is not for me. The chocolate icing flavor doesn't taste very good, the texture is very gritty and very chalky. It does not mix well, settles to the bottom and smells old and stale. I really wanted to like this flavor, but i kind of disappointed.

This is a review for the 310 Nutrition All-in-One Meal Replacement Shake. This is for the Chocolate Icing Flavor. This shake mix comes in a resealable pouch. It makes about 14 shakes per container. Each shake clocking in at 110 calories and 15g protein. To make a shake, it’s easy, you just add a scoop of powder to 8 ounces of water or your milk of choice, then mix! I used water as the base and mixed it with an electric frother. The texture is okay. It’s not completely smooth, it had a little texture to it. And it does separate immediately after mixing. To me, that isn’t an issue because I just chug the shake quickly and don’t leave it to sit around. The taste is, I mean, it’s okay. It’s a protein shake, it’s fuel. I love that it has a nice mix of protein, fiber, and added vitamins. Plus, no added sugar! Quality is only average. It’s pricey. Protein shakes tend to be on the pricier side of things. It would be incredible on sale though! All in all, this is a great way to sneak in some extra protein!

There is the typical aftertaste from the pea protein but I found that tossing a banana in the blender with the shake helps. I am impressed by the sheer number of superfoods in this mix--something I haven't found in other protein shakes. I will be trying this with added veggies, too. The price is steep, $89.99 at the time of this review, but that is about $3.21 for each serving, which isn't too bad. I don't do a meal replacement every day, so this will last me a couple of months, and I'm happy with that.
