This is the best sleeping mat I've ever had, as it actually enables a comfortable night's sleep when out camping!

Pros:1- this exercise mat is very lightweight and large enough to be used by an adult person. It is very lightweight, so you won't feel tired holding it for a long time, which would be perfect during camping or outdoor activities.Cons:1- There was a strong chemical smell that lasted for days. This was inconvenient, especially when I used it for meditation and stretching exercises.2- I really do not find it too thick. So it won't be a comfortable choice for sleeping. Also, the foam material is slightly firm and may cause uncomfortable after a long time sitting or sleeping on it. However, this depends on your weight and preference.3- everytime I put it on the ground, it fails to flatten completely, which is inconvenient sometimes.4- You have to watch for the straps as they are not attached to it. I already lost one strap. It would be more convenient if they had stuck the straps on the mat.

I bought this for Glastonbury after learning from trying to sleep in a sleeping bag directly on the ground last year (never again). I bought this along with a this blow up mattress and it was like sleeping on air. I ended up lending the for mattress to my friend who forgot to bring a mattress and he said sleeping on it alone was really comfortable so I may got away with just sleeping on this. I will definitely be using it again future.

My husband wanted me to order this so that he could use it for yoga. Unfortunately he didn't find it suitable for that. He said that it didn't offer any hold during poses.Not to worry though because it is perfect for me to sit on, or lie on in the garden. Now that summer is here I like sitting on the lawn. Towels don't stop any moisture seeping into my clothes and definitely don't offer any comfort. This mat does both, protects my clothes and stops me ending up with a numb rear end! So my husband's loss is my gain!One of the features I particularly like are the attached straps which make rolling the mat and storing it away much easier!

Not comfortable as a camping mat but suitable for yoga.
