*UPDATED REVIEW* Contacted support & they sent me a new calling board, no problem. Updated my review to 5 stars. If there is an issue with the new calling board (doesn’t seem to be so far) I’ll come back and update my review again. *Original Review* The ball calling board came cracked right out the box. On top of that, the two calling board pieces are difficult to put together & take apart-I am sure that the crack will inevitably lead to the entire board cracking in half at some point, probably soon. I definitely question the durability of the calling board, but the rotary cage, bingo cards, and bingo chips seem to be fine in regards to craftsmanship & durability. I definitely appreciate the velvet bingo chip storage bags (x2) which are conveniently the same size as the bingo cards, so just put all the chips on a card, insert the card partway into the velvet bag & slide the chips off into the bag. It’s a fast way to collect all the chips. Though the calling board being cracked didn’t impede with playing the game, I imagine it eventually will once it fully breaks. Plus it’s kind of an eye sore especially given it’s right out the box & id like to have a nice looking set. The balls were easy to dislodge from the grate, just spin them with index finger and thumb, and they pop out without any nubblies. Rotary cage spins with no problems and dispenses balls without issue. Sometimes it will take 2-3 turns for a ball to come out, and spin too fast and balls with fly out everywhere lol. Go slow and steady and it dispenses just fine. My family had a great time playing this bingo set, especially because I bought a couple fidget/party favor sets to give away as prizes to the winners. Win a game, get a prize of your choice. Kids loved it & were super excited to play & hopefully win. My kids are 13, 12, and 7. We played close to 10 rounds on our first sitting. We all took turns spinning the rotary cage, calling out the balls & took turns helping place the balls on the calling board so the caller had time to place their chips and play along with everyone else. Good way to get everyone involved. I’ll contact support & see if they’ll replace my calling board-If they will, I will come update my review and change my star rating.

Great quality. I have struggled finding a cost effective decent set. I have bought a few sets that just were horrible and cheaply made. While this is still on cheaper side it’s great . The set up is very easy they give more than enough playing cards. I love the way they organized the callers Bingo ball placement even the caller calls are color coded by the letters . Definitely was a hit at my house for thanksgiving I gave out candy prizes since my grandma has Alzheimer’s it’s a classic game that helps keeping her mind engaged.

Cool bingo set. We had a lot of fun playing with it. Nice colors and lots of cards to choose from. It’s a great size for easy for transporting:) feels pretty sturdy. The only thing it the packaging isn’t that good. The handle crushed the calling board and maybe the items inside should be positioned better . I had to send the first one back and the bag on the calling was punctured from the handle on the cage. Luckily it was not damaged. Get one!

Very good quality item and complete set. 1 remark I'd make is that numbers on the balls should be engraved rather than printed as they will wear off but apart from that it's well made.

My 8 year old grand-daughter loved this game. She easily understood how to play.

Quality was better than I had expected. Comes with loads of playing cards. The kids new favorite past time is playing a round or two of bingo after supper
