Unit miss firing
I oredered 2 sets one works perfect no crakling or noise the other well it just dint work as good i kept getting drops at the ceremony and this was the microphone used by the bride and groom which gives me in a bad look, I have looked in amazon and it says that it comes with pruduct support but I cant fine any and looking at these reviews it seems like there have been no response and that raises a red flag.

Are you skeptical?
Honesty, I was too. But the response time is not detectable by my ears. The distance is totally fine. And the batteries will last a set, or whatever youre doing!Wouldn't suggest using it on a guitar, its just asking to get snapped off.

They Work But...The Company Needs To Step Up The Packaging
I ordered these after seeing a DJ FB page that a fellow DJ posted he got a Prime Day Deal.I didn't know these existed and I'm tired of running wires to my speakers all the time and there's a limit on how much wire you can run.I ordered it that day and they came in time for my dj show. Plugged into my speaker and worked right away. I immediately ordered another set!! Well, it arrived the next day but to my surprise, it came without one receiver and one 1/4 inch plug, (which the first package didn't even have). I let Amazon customer service know and they shipped me a replacement. That came with everything that is advertised in the package. I wasn't too concerned with a couple TRS convertors missing so I didn't reach out to Amazon or the supplier. I was happy that it took 20 minutes off my setup and breakdown time. The box they come in, at least mine did, are NOT sealed with plastic or a bit of tape. It is more of a magnetic flap to close the box. I'm guessing that items can easily fall out of the box.Other than that, I've had great sound out of my powered speakers with very minimal dropouts.I'll wait to get more when there is a better deal on these like on Prime Day

Great tool
Perfect for creating a wireless handheld microphone or bridging the distance without a lot of cable clutter. I may need a second. Very happy with it.

Product is not made to standards
I bought this item twice as I just could not accept that a manufacturer could put out a product as faulty as this! I have also returned this product both times and went on a search for a reasonable costing replacement.I am writing this review to warn fellow musicians of this product.I perform professionally. I can not have an impromptu crackle coming across the PA system. This happened many times with each device at a range of less than 5'. Both items seemed to develop this issue as I used them. So it may be a miscalculation in battery load from the manufacturer. But that was not the worst problem. The receiver' plug is engineered to be approximate .015" smaller then a standard XLR plug. This makes it beyond a machinists specifications for a "pressed fit." The company seems oblivious to this. In non-tech terms this means it is very hard to plug in the XLR leading to the input of the mix. One has to force it to plug it in. I should lead to physical failure of the device in time.I will in no way purchase again from this company. I did write them with the first one. They ignored my complaints. I wouldn't tell a friend to buy this. They need to re-engineer the device to proper specs. and conquer the noise issues.

Great value. Easy to set up.
I'm using them to link our Soundcraft board to our Mackie powered SRM212 speakers. Audio quality was perfect in "line mode" - indicated by a musical note on the side of the transmitter module (see photo). Haven't tried it in wireless microphone mode, so I can't comment on that regarding sound quality or battery life. But in line-mode, battery life is great so far. The charge hardly dropped after 3 hours of continuous use. Lots of frequencies to choose from, so no problem with establishing connections. Would prefer to have a USB C-type of charging port instead of the USB Micro type, but that's no biggie, especially considering the price. With such great value, already bought another pair and will buy a few more as backups.

Static, cheaply made
I purchased this to take with me to CES for interviews. I wanted a UHF band due to all of the interference that would be at the show. Hooking it up to a wireless Zoom H6 and then also my soundboard, it constantly had hissing and static. It’s made of incredibly cheap brittle plastic, I don’t recommend, returning it.

No problems at all.
As a touring professional musician for 14 years I have work with many very expensive Microphones, Instrument, and In Ear Monitor wireless transmitters and receivers. This product blows me away. It is so simple to implement and use. The reception is clear and strong. In my book, it is much preferred to units costing hundreds of dollars more.
