Mistake to Buy for Car Top Use
Saw many reviews touting how durable this bag is but my experience is different. The second time I used it -- securely tied down on my car top carrier -- it developed two tears. The tears caused me to lose the quick release hub of one of my wheels; wind worked it loose and it fell out in transit. So, I'm out the cost of the hub. The bag is useless now. Looking at the return policy and noting no warranty info or points of contact listed, it appears I'm out of luck getting my money back. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 because the overall design was pretty good. They just needed to use sturdier materials in its construction.
