A little fiber can go a long way
I've been taking Metamucil, which is my first experience with adding fiber to my diet. Hard to admit I'm getting older and being "regular" in the bathroom is a priority, but here we are. Anyway, I would say this compares similarly with that, with perhaps some pluses and minuses. The biggest difference right away is the amount you add. I'm used to adding a tablespoon of Metamucil, but with this brand you only add a fraction of that amount. Inside the container is a small plastic scoop, so you can measure out the amount to add. It is probably more like a teaspoon, or a little less than that. The flavor is fine. It's tangy and orange, doesn't taste bad at all. I add it to water, but you could add it to anything. I always try and drink it as fast as I can before the concentration settles and becomes sludgey anyway, so taste isn't extremely important, but it is pleasant.I will add it doesn't seem to dissolve quite as well as Metamucil. Adding both of them to water, and then mixing or shaking them up, the Metamucil mostly dissolves completely, whereas this brand does form some almost gummy like chunks. I'm sure its fine to drink/swallow them, but its just a bit weird when you're drinking to have a little something solid in it.As far as effectiveness goes, I have no complaints. I seem to be more "regular" since introducing fiber to my diet, and I plan on sticking with it. This brand is effective, and the smaller does makes one canister last a long time, so I will keep mixing it with my drink one or two times a day, and I encourage you to do the same.

Produces a nice drink, but hardly any fiber
My main issue with most fiber supplements I've tried is that I am aiming for 25-30g of fiber per day, and when you check the amount of fiber in said supplements... well, in this particular one, it's 1g, which I wouldn't consider enough to make any sort of difference. Granted, the recommendation is to take 3 servings a day, which would bring it up to 3g of fiber. So, I am treating it more as a drink - with hardly any calories (hopefully, there is no specific information on the packaging), or at least no guilt. As just a drink, I like it. It has a tangy flavor, and the mouthfeel is similar to orange juice with a good amount of pulp. Just be mindful and don't let it stand around for too long, as it may turn pretty gel-ly after a while. One of the claims of the product is that it influences satiety, and I'd say that this can be the case, even though I've found the effect to be rather mild.My rating is based on two facts: first, I like the taste, and second, it seems to be good for you (even though it could lose the maltodextrin...), or at least not bad for you. At the current price of roughly 30c per serving, I'd say it's not too bad if you enjoy drinking it (and, honestly, that's a matter of taste, very personal). I would certainly look for fiber elsewhere though.

Waste of Money
First concern is the fact that you have to read labels for every nutritional supplement these days to check for harmful or unnecessary chemicals. Maltodextrin is one of them and I had I not been in such a hurry to buy fiber from a trusted manufacturer and looked to see it had this ingredient, I would never have bought it. Since consumables are not returnable from Amazon as the seller, Im no longer going to buy this brand AND Amazon needs to take note that when these supplants are exposed to prolonged heat, they become ineffective and I have yet to get one supplement that was above the specified storage temperature, stored in a cool, dry place at room temperature. The fiber itself was also gooey and thick and again, I hate wasting money just to try something that has either no benefits, comes damaged from heat or contains chemicals the body does not need to heal itself.

Didn't work well for me
I take a fiber supplement daily, psyllium husk based. I had not heard of glucomannan fiber and so was curious to try it and see what was different. This comes in a very small jar, and so whereas something like Bellway fiber has 5 grams of fiber in a serving, this has 1 gram of fiber in a serving, but the servings are much smaller so you can adjust as needed. It comes with a tiny little scoop. Mixing 1 serving of this with 8-10oz of water as recommended doesn't result in the liquid turning into a gel quickly, so it is easy to drink. The orange flavor is nice. At the end of the day, 1 serving of this did nothing for me whereas 1 serving of something like Bellway or Metamucil does help me a lot. I was researching Glucomannan fiber and apparently it is maybe slightly harder to tolerate than psyllium husk fiber, but I haven't tried taking excessive amounts fo find out. My hang up is, I don't really know if I should be taking 5 servings of this to get the equivalent of 1 serving of Bellway/Metamucil is something I should be doing. TO me this seems more like, maybe you need some miniscule additional amount of fiber in your diet, so go for this, or if you have some aversion to or issue with psyllium husk fiber, try this, but for me, for help with digestion and such, I have had great luck with psyllium husk based products but didn't really feel like this helped me, but I do like that it has clean ingredients, is easy to mix, and tastes good, so maybe worth a try just sharing my experience.

Great fiber and taste.
I don't usually like the flavor of chewy or powder vitamins. These didn't have the usual after taste for me. The fact they're made with konjac is what drew me in to try them. The fiber doesn't upset my stomach, and it has helped with digestion. Just note that room temperature water works a lot better than cold. I like it a lot.

Great orange flavor!
I add a scoop to my smoothies and it makes it taste so great! Says to use up to 3 scoops per day and I haven't done that yet, just doing 1 scoop for now to build up. Can add to water as well.
