BENTON Aloe Propolis Soothing Gel, 3.38 fl oz – Lightweight After-Sun Moisturizer for Face, Travel-Friendly Size, Organic Aloe Vera

If you have oily skin, you NEED to try this. I use it as my daily moisturizer, and it's amazing all year round. I used to think that it might not be sufficient for fall/winter seasons because of how lightweight and fast-absorbing it is. But after playing around with several different brands, I realized that this actually does a better job of correcting my inner dryness/dehydration better than heavier formulas like my Purito and Dr.G. If you have really oily skin, try mixing a little bit of the Numbuzin Pantothenic powder with this. You will feel a NOTICEABLE difference in your oiliness throughout the day. I'm beginning to realize just how many of my daily essentials are from Benton. They are no-frills and very reasonably priced but everything that I've tried so far has been super gentle yet effective. I love brands that really let their formulas speak for themselves and Benton is no exception!

Had prickly heat rash for weeks. Started washing my face more frequently and using the product with calamine. Soothed and calmed my skin with in seconds and the rash went away within 2- days. Very moisturizing I would highly recommend applying it on wet skin and following up with a sealant to lock it in. I’m very sensitive to smells but this product is fragrance free. 10/10 well worth it.

I chose this because I have very sensitive skin and frequently get rashes and breakouts for no reason. It's super moisturizing and is not sticky at all once it absorbs. I use it with the Soonjung foam cleanser and it's *chef's kiss*. I definitely notice my skin clearing up, and I'm super happy with it. A little goes a long way, so I won't be running out any time soon, and with the summer upon us, the aloe with an SPF cream after protects from skin damage from the sun. Super!

I have ordered this several times. It is very comforting, soothing, and hydrating, especially when your skin is sensitive or damaged. It helps heal my damaged skin. It is not a skin barrier protector, as it does not have the ingredients to do that. I use it throughout the day when my skin is sensitized, and when I do not want to add oil (more standard moisturizers) over and over, especially during summer and allergy seasons. Really love it for this purpose. I use moisturizer morning and night, especially in winter; but more moisturizer than that tends to cause me problems. I have combination, acne-prone skin that is getting drier and more sensitive with age (in my 50's).

This feels quite good on the skin. However, I only used once as it has grapefruit extract which could make your skin sensitive to the sun and cause hyperpigmentation.

As an oily skin girlie, this has quickly become my favorite moisturizer to use during the day. It’s very moisturizing without being heavy or greasy. It absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave the skin feeling tight or dry like a-lot of gel moisturizers can. No hard scent (if any at all) and it works so well! Leaves my skin looking plump with minimal shine. Give this a try. It’s great!

This is my favorite moisturizer of all time for my sensitive skin because it keeps acne at bay. Even my preteen son is using it and it has helped his skin stay clear and glowy

I have oily skin so was looking for a light moisturizer (humectant only, no occlusives) and this fit the bill. One thing to keep in mind is that you need to layer an occlusive on top. I use Illiyoon ATO Cream. If I don't use an occlusive on top, the humectant simply evaporates and there's no seal to keep the aloe and other humectants in. I wouldn't use this by itself even during hot months. Update: I've been trying to figure out what my skin always appears flushed and red and after going thru a ton of product permutations: it's either this benton or the illiyoon ato cream. i dropped both and skin looks a lot better within a day. not sure what specific ingredients triggered my skin.

Checked this product on CosDNA and Skincharisma and it's the cleanest safest aloe Vera product (and moisturiser) I could find. Skin feels lovely. I pair with hydrochloric acid first, then Simple glow gel after as this is also a clean product.

I love this Soothing Gel! I have been suffering from rosacea possibly due to topical acne treatment. I have been using this for 3 days now together with the Aveeno Ultra Calming foaming cleanser (which I recently switched to, I was using AHC aqualoronic cleanser before), and today, I woke up with bright and calm skin. There was barely any redness at all! I do think you would need to put a thicker moisturizer on top of it as it is almost like water, easily absorbed by the skin. My jaws / cheeks / forehead have become pretty dry since I have moved to the UAE. Am looking for a good moisturizer for sensitive skin, hit me up. But this product is definitely going to my favorites box!

Llegó con la caja hecha trizas. Ignorando eso, la primera vez que me lo puse ardió un infierno, me puso roja la piel y me salieron granos. Y el olor literal es de gel antibacterial... luego le di otra oportunidad al menos para usarlo como crema de manos y ohh sorpresa al frotarlo en mis manitas salió un monton de espuma.
