This is incredibly frustrating, as it limits my ability to customize the cleaning process. Now, I find myself having to unplug the power cord each time I want to change the duration, which is not only inconvenient but also defeats the purpose of having a user-friendly electronic device.Additionally, the on and off button closely resembles the malfunctioning time setting button, which raises concerns about its longevity. I can't shake the feeling that it might also fail soon, leaving me with a cleaner that I can only turn on and off without the ability to control the cleaning time.Given the high price tag of this ultrasonic cleaner, I expected more durability and functionality. While it looks good and performs well initially, the lack of reliable controls makes it hard to recommend. If you're considering this product, be cautious; you might end up with a beautiful but frustrating piece of equipment that doesn't live up to its premium price.

The item received, looks like it’s an old, used piece with poor quality finish. Its surfaces are stained and the plastic is disfigured, with missing surface coating. The internal tank is made of cheap plastic and not stainless steel. I am planning to return it to Amazon.Advice people to stay away from this brand
