Egg crate foam is the best most affordable option for cushioning sensitive areas. I’d first become acquainted with it in a hospital with uncomfortable beds, later for an inexpensive bed I’d purchased for a summer home. I now use it for sitting to protect my coccyx. No tube shaped product works. The full circle shape hits the coccyx at the back. This is so soft. I sometimes with my rear just off the back edge. It’s also flexible enough to double over to get more height. Highly recommend in all shapes and sizes for all sensitive areas.
