As the description reads, it's the headphones, 3.5mm, and Micro USB cable (the 3.5mm looks like the original, but not the Micro USB). The original leather headphone case is not included. The headphones were in perfect condition and they appeared to have been unused.To me, the sound of the Studio 2 is better than the Studio 3, especially if you like bass. The Studio 3 have a dip in the low bass region and a bump in the high bass, making them sound punchy, but not deep. This is also combined with a rise in the mids, creates a mid-forward punchy, yet a little congested signature. In contrast, the Studio 2 have more a traditional V-shape and that extra bass depth I personally enjoy.Don't buy this for ANC, as it's nothing special.I've had different versions of these over the years and ended up giving them away, etc. Nice to have these again in a special edition I never had before. Great for the gym or some nostalgic sessions!
