Great product and customer service. I had an issue with figuring out how to torn my screen and I reached out to customer service, they text me with a video tutorial and followed up to make sure it worked. My remote arrived damage and I let them know. New remote was shipped out without any issues. I highly recommend this company and the product. It had been great for our team meetings & trainings.
