Good information, but difficult to read and formula heavy
I like the way this book was organized with call outs and important terms defined at the end of each chapter. However, I found it very difficult to get through all the formulas and examples in many chapters. The real research examples and the chapter summaries were helpful. Some chapters seemed like a users guide for data analysis software that I didn't have and have no need to purchase. I think this book would be good for people interested in learning data analysis of marketing research, but it was more than I needed or wanted to know about what happens to data when it goes to the analysis team.

Full of Misinformation
Was not a very good text. Much of the information was incorrect. They don't even know what CRM software stands for. Don't bother and be wary of any instructor using the text.

Great book for marketing research. Love the cases and explanations as well.

Substance seems to be there, but this is boring to read. Maybe all marketing books are boring. I hope not.

great textbook for marketing and questionairs
This us a really good textbook and I think I'm going to hold onto my copy for a few years. it does a great job explaining the contents of marketing in almost everyday.
