Great fireplace!
We love it! Looks great, provides a little extra heat and ambiance. Customer service was responsive (this arrives in 2 shipments so I wanted tracking info on the 2nd shipment) and I am so happy I ordered this. We went with the size that was in the middle for our space. Couldn't be any happier!

LOVE IT!!! So easy to put together. I did it by myself (50 year old woman) and it took about an hour. It’s not complicated at all!It has lots of flame and background light settings and a crackling fire sound if you want it. It’s made of beautiful heavy wood that is painted beautifully.I can’t believe how much I love it!

I absolutely LOVE this fireplace!
I will start off by saying that I spent a lot of time searching for the perfect fireplace before I decided on this one. I am so glad I did! I love the flame, it looks so real. The flame, the backlight, the crackling noises, and the heat all have different customizable settings. The tile looks and feels like real tile. The heat output is also great. I love that I can use the flame with or without the heat. The mantel is nice and deep, so I have plenty of decor options. I doubt I could have found a better fireplace for the money. We built an accent wall behind it, and it just looks so classic.

Classic electric fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to room!
This electric fireplace was very easy for two people to put together. It adds a nice ambiance to the room. The optional crackling sound and flame height adjustment allows you to customize to your liking! In a smaller room adds enough heat to take the edge off. The fan is quiet.

The media could not be loaded. Only thing I would change is that I wish it was longer.. I love the height of this one but if it was longer it would be perfect. Simple to put together. Customer service was amazing when I called, I didn’t know it shipped in two different boxes. The insert came first and Amazon said delivered for the whole thing, I started internally panicking and thought I had just got an insert with no mantel. I called the customer service line and the man that helped me answered quickly then got me the tracking number I needed for the rest of the order.
