Has anyone use them to relieve patellar tendonitis pain when squatting? if so... does it helps preventing pain?

I have knee problems and haven't been able to squat in a long time. I purchased the ProFitness Knee Sleeves to in an attempt to start squatting again. I was surprised the support they provided and helped significantly with knee pain. With the Knee Sleeves, I've been able to get back up to squatting 225lbs for 8-10 reps per set. That might not be much weight for some, but for a 54 year old with knee problems I'm stoked.

Does this particular product come with 1 or 2 knee braces?

Just got my size medium and they are very very snug. Based on differing reviews, how tight should they be? Is there a way to decide based on feel?

So that they don't move. Gives you the same feeling as if you are using wraps. So a tight fit.

Can you post a size chart for this product?

I am 5'9" 175lbs average legs, the medium size was perfect for me.
