Highly recommended! I have now owned my fish spatula for nearly five years, and I still love it! It's a great, useful tool. Thin, so that I can easily slide it under a cake layer, and strong enough to lift it. Obviously, it also works well for fish, too! Cleans up easily, and still looks good. It shows very little wear, although I use it ALL THE TIME! Once (about a year ago), the spatula did come apart from the handle. I just stuck it back in, and it has not come apart again (no, I don’t treat it with special care since then) - I may have been a little overzealous cleaning it. Otherwise, it has a perfect service record and is one of my go-to tools.

Great product, but expected to be bit more sturdy

The salad tongs are beautiful & easy to clean. The spatula is not as long as I was expecting. In fact, it is quite short for lifting fish which it is intended for. It is fairly sturdy & easy to clean. Cheese cloth is typical, unbleached cheese cloth.

I was extremely unhappy with what I received as apposed to what I had ordered. What I received was a miniature egg lifter, and not the nice sized Fish spatula as displayed in the photo and description. I have added a photo of the fish spatula I received, with a computer mouse next to it for comparison. Not a happy Jan :(

I'm not a person who gets excited about a spatula or any kitchen gadget, but this is a really nice spatula. I am going to buy another one. I really like that it's thin and smooth and yet strong with just a little bit of flex. I use it for everything. Yes, it works great for fish and I find it is my go to spatula for eggs or anything delicate. I use it on my cast iron skillet and I think I could cook almost anything using just my skillet and this spatula. I've only owned it for a short time, so I don't know how well it will last, but it's holding up so far.
