Sound quality is great. I have mine set up permanently with the optical link going from TV to karaoke machine then to my ancient sound system. This works well with no noticeable lag or loss of sound quality. The only issue is that it is not compatible with Netflix so I watch that using the inbuilt TV speakers. This is no big deal to me but I'm confident that there is a work round.I use YouTube to stream karaoke songs and this works very well with this unit. After correct adjustment of sound system volume, music volume and microphone level, the system sounds great. My singing, not so much.The second microphone is a great addition. It gives less confident guests more chance to get involved allowing them to act as backing singers until they feel comfortable enough to go solo.

Bought this product on 06th May 2021 after purchasing 02 other similar items slightly cheaper than this before both returned back to Amazon, but I am very happy with the sound quality as songs and music are not lagging when you play Kareoke via YouTube, anyone can use this if you have an optical cable from your smart tv and soundbar with optical cable access, less than 10mnts to fix 03 cables 02 opticals and one AUX, it is much better than other rivals for similar prices or less, for the price I paid it is doing a good job so far, only thing is that no microphone covers provided, microphone batttery power may be OK but it is too early for me to comment as it is only 3 days!

Very simple to use, especially if you already use an amplifier, sound bar etc.I wanted a simple to use karaoke system that I can plug into my current setup and just use a tv app to get the songs.This teamed with karafun worked amazing at our party at new year.Def recommend.

I got the product and wanted to install with optical cables so that my Samsung TV and surround system can also work parallel to the karaoke. After trying I gave up and contacted the seller, a guy named Anthony who was very helpful. He helped me see that you cannot have an ARC cable connected in parallel to the optical cable because ARC is more dominant and will overwrite the optical. So I connected the karaoke with optical and the TV and speakers with blue tooth. It is working now and it works well. Brilliant customer services from Anthony.

Box had a rip on it, tape was uneven. Packages inside were obviously opened previously.

Only used it the one time so far but impressed how easy it was to set up.Various options and cables provided, for smart TV and corresponding speaker. Blends beautifully.All very clear instructions to follow. Takes up so little space. A big bonus.Most importantly, a great sound achieved by adjusting your desired settings on the mixer

I have only set this up so far and I almost gave up. I was linking it to an Onkyo receiver but it would not work correctly until I turned off the ARC. I will be testing this out on NYE and hopefully it makes it through the night. This is the only reason I have only given it 4 stars. I will update in a week after a proper trial.
