Very sharp and lovely!
Very nice beginner knives! These are going to be perfect for culinary school. I like the handles on them, they're quite comfortable to hold. Blades are extremely sharp. I was going to test them later today but did an accidental test on my thumb unpacking the knives. Completely my fault. But barely touching the blade left a clean slice on the top of my thumb. Just be very careful, its like cutting through soft butter with these!

Great knife set
Purchased these for my son for Christmas and waited to review to see how they held up and we are not disappointed still sharp still in great shape .Extremely Sharpe as soon as you open them use caution . Work way better then expected for the price we paid. Best gift ever he uses them everyday and is still happy with them .

Definitely a great set very sturdy easy to clean sharp rite out of the case it’s great for travel will not break easy as it’s 1 solid piece on every knife - weight is good for big hands or little hands well balanced and feel great handling multiple kinds of jobs such as meats vegetables slices rite through with no issues and people think I paid more then I really did ! Don’t 2nd guess the purchase just do it
