Sorry I’m not sure. I used it to tidy up my BBQ. It’s made a good job, but needs a few coats to cover any bare metal showing through.

I'm not sure. I would think so. It's covered a wide area of rust on my burner and it looks great now. I gave it 3 coates but it's really quick and easy to do.
