My mom always swore by copper to relieve pain, so I looked for copper rings. I found these and hoped they would be ok - they are so pretty, nice and heavy and easy to size, and I think they are helping. :) Would recommend and would buy again - and I might come back for the matching bracelet!

The size does not fit all. They say it is adjustable but it isn’t. I should have previous reviews letting us know it doesn’t adjust. The rings themselves are pretty. Interested to see if they work. I’ll update if i can later for overall review but for now, i wanted to review about the lack of adjustment it allows.

Everyone says(their reviews) they don’t like how stiff they are. They ARE tough to spread, but, THANKFULLY, so they do not break so easily down the road, which has happened to my fam quite often in the past few years with other rings, but, I am an older woman and I can pull it apart easily enough with my fingers/thumbs. Personally, I would not to use plyers. Also they are narrow enough to be comfortable. Really, as long as it’s actual copper I’m happy with that! (Although I wish there was not a silly coating over the copper so fingers COULD potentially turn green, so you’d know that you need to address your diet!) As for the magnets, they really don’t hold to anything metal, but they do hold quite well to an earth magnet at the tips of the ring, where their magnets are. I believe they are good quality compared to many. Ive purchased various copper rings for my aunts’ badly arthritic fingers over the past few years and her knuckle sizes have reduced significantly(1/4-1/3 maybe?). She has only had THESE specific ones for a few months and she loves them! I ordered my own and got them this week and now today, I purchased them for the 3rd time! They are a decent price, so, I am buying for my favourite people that need them! I don’t know if they help with lymphatics yet, but if they do, I’ll be thankful cause I need it!🙏🏼

These are really pretty. Very tight on my size 8 finger. Not easy to ease open for a better fit. But I’m pleased overall especially since they are well priced. I’m not sure if it’s real copper though? And I’m not sure I’m getting any health benefits.

First off I should have paid attention to other reviews. These are definitely not adjustable. - The metal used is very sturdy and can only be adjusted using pliers (which completely wrecks the ring). Next - because I already wrecked one ring by using pliers, I decided to wear the other ring on my thumb. After one handwashing my skin turned green. So as nicely as these rings are packaged, they were useless to me.
