Q: Does the whole box of brewprint get added for one batch?

Yes! The entire contents of the box will be used. Go on the BrewArt website and watch all of the “101” videos BEFORE BREWING. #1 Use bottled water. #2 add yeast first! #3 then add the square blacks packages *do not add hops until the Droid tells you it’s finished. Liquid hops need to sit in the droid for 24-48 hours.

Q: where do you buy brewprints?

You can buy them through brewart.com or through the brewart app.

Q: How long is the warranty?

The limited warranty offered by BrewArt (the company) is 12-months. So far we have had a few minor issues (one was a faulty product and the others were user-caused) and the customer service has been outstanding. My husband has contacted them several times and has received immediate responses via either email or phone call, and all have been resolved quickly. Some of the best customer service ever experienced.
