Qarzun Captain Marvel Exclusive Legends Gear Classic Shield Metal Comic Prop Replica With Display Stand

I purchased this product directly from the seller but I think I should've gone through Amazon. The shield in general is very sturdy no doubt, but the paint job on it was a let down. As you can see it in the image, it's not the same colour (ideally the Captain America's shield has sky blue and bright red colours), mine is more of a dark maroon and blue colour which is highly inconsistent. Also the paint job on it is a lot messy, lacked precision and had a lot of scratches. I reached out to the seller with this concern and requested for a replacement on the same day, but the seller flat out refused stating that I purchased a cheaper version of the product (which I think is not true, as all I wanted was the colours to be accurate with a good finish quality with no scratches. Rs. 3400 is not a small amount which the seller doesn't understand) and he bore the shipping fees (which I graciously offered to pay). If you ask me, this is a waste of my money. I'll never buy a single product from them again. Really disappointed.P.S. - The glossy finish that you see in the photo is my work with a lacquer polish.

The media could not be loaded. I have purchased this directly from seller. It was delivered on time. I have received the product with paint peeling off. When I informed the seller, he suggested to go to local shop so that they can do touch up to fix it. The customer support was pathetic as the product i have received should be replaced but seller isn't ready to replace or even ship the paint so that I can fix it. The local shop has also denied to fix it as they said it won't look good after patch-up.The shield is study but paint will peel off easily even with slight touch. Be cautious while buying this.
