does this product coantain wax ?

It actually doesn't mention on the container that it contains wax,other than 'triplewax'. We have been using it on our cars and it does leave a good shine. A good value product.

How well does this work with a Sealey pressure washer

I have no idea, the whole point of it that you wash a wet car with it and then wash it down, this dries quickly and leaves a brilliant finish. I think the action of a pressure washer would wash it completely off

Not sure. It's a 'shampoo' only with a 'drying' agent in it but no conditioner so there's no waxing effect. It does dry without too much water streaking though. Suggest you call the maker--TETROSYL LTD. 0161 764 5981 for a chemical appraisal.
