This triple, full over twin is a great bed. The company is easy to work with. This bed is reversible, the stairs can go on either side. Highly recommend.

The bed looks nice, however, there were several defects and the seller did not address them. The steps can be put on either side which means the holes for the screws on the side not being used are exposed. There are no covers/plugs for them. One piece for a step was unfinished, and the cover for one of the drawers is completely damaged.I provided all the pictures to the seller and nothing was as addressed, they just stopped communicating.My husband had to add additional slats to the twin beds and the first time being used one of the slats provided broke.I would not recommend this bed or the seller.

I was frustrated because the some parts didn’t assemble at all and I had to fabricate threaded grommets to hold together the structure. A lot of scrapes and a few bends in the parts. No way you can possibly see any of this until the incredibly difficult unwrapping of plastic and tape around each group of pieces. Took a longtime to install and instructions are not great. Noisy frame. My kid like it and I definitely feel stuck with it now. Be aware!

Whoa. There are no pre-drilled holes and it not a single piece in the picture of the bed comes attached. The directions are very sparse and without details. Parts missing or don't meet the description of the illustrations, or are cut the wrong size, missing holes - crazy. It's like they shipped us a bunch of painted lumber. This is worse than Ikea. No thought had been put into putting this together. We have purchased other bunkbeds, this is insufficient.I gave "value for money a '1 star' since I have no idea whether we will be able to put this thing together without hiring a Carpenter or an engineer, smh.
