These shorts are great for the gym as they stay in place and don’t go see through when doing squats!I was sceptical before putting them on as they looked tiny, but they have a good stretch.I ordered a size S and am a size 10. Would recommend for gym and running.

My first pair of scrunch bum shorts from Joyspels, having previously bought a many pairs of leggings from them. Unsurprisingly these are just as good quality 😍 they are really thick and figure hugging but more importantly super comfortable. None see-through even when exercising and they do not budge.
