Not for the weak but it gets the job done everytime. No taste actually. The taste is drinkable and it’s not bitter. You will have cramps and pain but it works good.

First off I was looking for tea that actually work,without spending too much money. This tea has different taste I can't explain it, I add lemon to it with Chenneny pepper as dexto for weight loss for my stomach. Baby let tell you self it works, I mad the mistake of drinking at night before bed. Let's just say my Husband slept on the 🛋 downstairs 😆 🤣. I would say to your time read ppl reviews and decided for yourself.

I suffer with horrible constipation. I steeped 2 bags for over 8 hours (went to work and came home) and drank it and today is the next day and I’m STILL pooping.
