I am 84, retired and live in Fla and play lots of golf. Have had knee aches for many years. I have tried MANY different products over the years and have been happy with many of them. The ones I have liked the most are those with the metal support on each side of the knee like this one. It is slightly more expensive, but the fit and the way the velcro straps keeps them in place is the best one I have ever used. Have had them for over 2 months now and it really helps with the knee aches. I still ice the knee... along with many other parts of my body ( :o)) ) ...after I am done golfing.I believe you will be happy with this product if you purchase it. Im and older guy getting back into playing football again, and have a bum knee from an injury 15 years ago. Was looking for some affordable and comfortable hinged braces, and these check off all the boxes. They dont restrict movement like other braces, the provide great lateral impact protection, and the built in knee sleeve adds extra 360 support while also keeping the knees warm.The only potential con is that the rigid support hinges only run parallel to the leg and dont wrap around the leg. This is a plus in that the flexible back makes these far more comfortable than fully rigid braces, but doesnt provide as much support as them either. A moderate solution is to wrap flexible athletic tape around the upper and lower portions of the brace. This allows for additional structural support without the loss of comfort.All in all, the brace works so well, I ended up buying one for the healthy knee for prevention sake

Sides hurt the inside of knee. Slips down if you are doing a lot of walking, if you tighten it will be too tight. Ok to use without walking a lot and just to stabilize a strained knee to heal.

My brace fits perfectly and is very comfortable. The measuring instructions were easy to follow and made for ideal fit. It us well made and gives me confidence.

A bit better than a sleeve, or some other hinged braces I've used. There is a lack of medial/lateral support, with the majority of it coming from the initital fit of the brace. Tightening the straps does little, with only a tiny amount of additional support happening if you cut off circulation.

the knee brace works very well and provides a great support. I use it for jogging. Very important to take the dimensions for ordering. I took my dimensions, and it was borderline between Sizes Small and Medium. Ordered Medium and with a short time of use I realized it was a little loose. Contacted Customer support and explained what I was observing. They immediately send me a small size to make sure I was satisfied, and it worked perfect. I thank for the CS from NEENCA , they strived to make sure I was satisfied as a customer.Thank you. It is a great product and a lot less than other hinged braces.

Heavy duty and I love it! Stopped most of my knee pain. I bought a medium as a 6ft, 185 pound guy. The large is for either muscle swollen or fleshy guys. My advice is if neither a power lifter or bird leg then get the medium. Secure fit.

Sturdy knee brace. Overall, this is a high quality brace… much stronger than non-hinged braces. It is very comfortable and it stays in place really well. The only reason for a drop in star is the fabric covering the hinge wore through in three days. It seems like only a matter of time before it ruins some pants.
