Works perfectly for the M3 pro
This is hands down the best hub I have used, it sits flush with the laptop. Has good transferring speeds and a good number of ports. It is slight hard to remove though but really not an issue. Highly recommend.

Just wow
Purchased for my MacBook m1 and it is absolutely a piece of jewel. This is so handy that it’s acts like a magnet and always stays connected with my Mac. You don’t need to plug out this little piece of beauty. Amazing engineering by anker.

Good one
Amazing dock! But it's pretty hard to take it off the macbook. Even it's ports' design is a bit too tight.Taking off the usb-c is easy. But if you've a USB-A plugged into this, man it's a pain to remove it. Sometimes I worry it doesn't break my MacBook's thunderbolt ports as that's the kind of intensity you'll have to apply to take off the USB-A devices from it.I'll be ordering a wired dock which I can use whenever I'm using my mac on a table setup. But this dock is GOLD if you're traveling, and you'll love it's looks. So I'm definitely going to keep this just in case I'm traveling and don't want to deal with all the mess wires make. One design flaw is that, although it doesn't block the Magsafe port, it does block the headphones jack on the mac (atleast it did for me as I have the 16-inch 2024 model).Edit: Taking down one star from 4-stars. The dock drains the battery a bit too much. I've the 16" MacBook Pro that has the biggest battery. From my tests, without the dock, naturally the battery drains about 1% every 15 mins. But after attaching the dock, it drains 1% every 10-11 mins.I charge my Mac to 95% and let it's battery drop to about 10-15% by the time I start charging it again. Without the dock, the Mac gives me a backup of about 20hours (idle), and about 15hours I assume whenever I'm doing some light stuff. But after attaching this dock + my external SSD, the battery then drains in 8hours since the dock increases the drains to 1% every 10-11mins and the external SSD increases it further leading to 1% of battery drain happening in about 7mins - which is significantly lower.Keep the above info in mind while purchasing this. I keep my MacBook's battery to "low power" when working with this dock since that results in a slightly slower battery draining.
