Depending on application, installation is easy and wiring is straightforward. Battery meter is a very nice and handy addition.

Lil pricey compared to others but it is all metal and seems durable. Also came with extra fuses and plenty of wire.

Installed on a 2024 Ford Maverick XLT Hybrid in place of the back seat 12 volt charging port. Purchased this product for the following reasons: 3 USB ports ( 2 USB A and 1 USB C), ON/OFF switch, and a voltmeter. It was easy to install. I did not cut or splice into the vehicle's wiring. Instead, used narrow contacts to mate with the vehicle's existing 12 volt connector. There was more than enough wire for this application. Since the Maverick does not have a voltmeter, this product allows me to monitor the car's battery voltage. However, the only negative comment is that the ON/OFF switch seems to reset to the ON position once the vehicle is turned off so the next time the vehicle is started the voltmeter and the USB ports are powered. Also, with the Maverick, it seems that the 12 volt charging ports stay powered for some undetermined length of time after the vehicle is turned off and if the unit is not switched OFF the voltage is displayed and it puts a slight drain on the vehicle's battery. Overall a good product and an improvement to the vehicle.

Put in a older vehicle with voltage issues. Was great to be able to see the voltage without having to use a meter.
