Gives nice Curls that lasts long

This seems like a great idea. But if your hair is fine, and long, it will get miserably tangled in this tool. And you will end up breaking your hair (or pulling it out) to get it out of the clips. It might curl your hair, but by the time you drag it through your hair trying to remove it, your hair will be straight. It doesn't matter if you wound your hair around the clip, or just used it as a clamp next to your scalp. Removing it is a real problem. This is just not for me or my hair.

Great rollers

Purchased these a while ago and have been using them about 2-3 times a week. At first they worked great, meaning where you put them is where they stay. Now, they DO NOT stay in place the slip out and are a waste of time and not effective. I do not recommend this product.

Great for adding a little volume in the right places. Plus I was getting a little thin spot in my hair so I pull hair from both sides of the thin spot, clip it with this and sleep with it in my hair. It trains my hair, closing the gap, camouflaging the thin spot. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the plastic around the spring can break and then it is not longer useable. Worth buying them again even though they can easily break, because they work for me.

Bought to help train a stubborn cowlick. My cowlick makes the hair part at the back of my head. No amount of blow drying or root lift products have helped for more than an hour or so without hairspray every couple of hours. I’m trying these out to get some lift to that area and hopefully diminish the cowlick somewhat. Put it in place for about 15 minutes and then blow dried. Really like the results. Didn’t need to re-spray area all day👍. I’m using these at night too as the cowlick is where a high ponytail is so I’m not sleeping on them.

I should've listened to every reviewer who said these things get hopelessly tangled in your hair. I really like the concept and I think these would lift roots better than any of the cheap metal clips sold for that purpose... if only they weren't made of this awful, snaggyy, tangle-inducing, velcro-like material. I honestly thought I wasn't going to get one of them out the first time I used them without having to cut at least a little of my hair away. By the time I did work them out of my hair, it was all snarled and frizzed - totally defeats the purpose. I give them 2 stars only because someone had a pretty good idea in terms of general design. They just made a horrible mistake on material choice.

So these clips DO add height and volume my fine, thin, slippery natural hair. I needed to practice the best way to separate my hair on the crown of my head and put the clips on those sections. Sometimes I put them on my damp hair while I am blow drying. I have put the clips in on my dry hair on the days I do not shampoo. Overall, I would recommend trying the set of 2 first to see if it works for you.
