I sleep with these every night. They are easy to put in stay in place. They are very comfortable and come with different size attachments so you can fit your ears perfectly. I like how they block out a good deal of sound so I can sleep much better.

I got these to help me a bit with my over stimulation. I love how they block out the background noise but you can still here if someone is talking to you. The only thing I didn’t realize is that I really hear myself breathing and drinking and eating very loudly. It’s not a default of the product but something I didn’t think about. I just need to use it when I have a chance to sit still not when I’m eating. I thought they were slightly expensive for earplugs but they are definitely way more comfortable and better looking that regular ear plugs.

As good as the "original" at a fraction of the price. They are comfy, fit well and work properly. I am a shooting coach for SASP and use these all the time and they're fine. If we go indoors I use these and double up with over ear muffs. I like these better than foamies or my Decibulz. They're just more comfortable for all day wear and easily block the same amount of sound.

I use my earplugs for riding my motorcycle and working in a noisy factory environment. Typically I wear custom molded earplugs at work(31NRR) and soft silicone Tri-flange for riding(27NRR). My Tri-flange plugs started falling apart on me, and seeing the NRR 33 of these ear plugs and soft silicone construction, I figured I’d give them a try. They are very comfortable and seem to block out voices and low droning sounds very well, but do very little for high pitch noises like wind noise inside a motorcycle helmet. I thought that maybe I was getting a poor seal because of the helmet over my ears, so I tried them at work and had the exact same experience. Humming of machinery, whirring of pnuematic tools, and voices were attenuated, but the ringing of saws and hissing of pressure regulators came through loud and clear. It actually a very strange experience hearing only the frequencies at the top of the hearing range at normal volume, akin to hearing FM radio static as the music fades away. I would not recommend unless you only care about reducing ambient background noise of human voices or low frequency noises like engines or humming sounds.

My husband changes from day shift to night shift (6pm-6am) every 2 weeks so the days that he has off he stays up late and games to stay on his schedule. His game room was converted into a nursery when I got pregnant so his pc is in our bedroom. I'm a super light sleeper and he has woken me up many nights either being too loud on discord or even from the sound of the keyboard and mouse constantly clicking. I bought these to hopefully be able to get a solid nights sleep without him waking me and tada they freaking work. They don't completely block out all noise, but it's very muffled. These paired with an eye mask that I purchased for the same reason(screen brightness) and I sleep through the night. The fact that I can sleep with them in and they don't make my ears sore should tell you how comfortable they are. And for anyone wondering our son is 13 months old now and sleeps through the night. I do still use a baby monitor, but I sleep with it right beside my bed with the volume up and I can absolutely still here it if he cries.
