I’ve looked my way through most of the specs regarding the AOC E2270SWHN 22” monitor and it would appear that, for its price, it has some excellent credentials and as I was to discover, produces High Definition images at 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz. However, being as this is a TN or as I’ve recently discovered, a twisted Nematic monitor, then this apparently means two things. Firstly, they lack 100% accurate colour reproduction and second, to get the best possible clear image on screen you need to adopt a pretty much straight on angle to the screen as any angle other than that can make for washed out colours. Then again, if like me you won’t be firing up your state of the art copy of Photo Shop Pro or bobbing about in front of the monitor trying to steer a spaceship through an asteroid belt in some pc game any time soon, then this incredibly cheap, budget monitor could be the very fella for you. I bought two of these and have them fixed to the wall by means of a French cleat (see pics) with the horizontal centre at eye level. This viewing angle provides me with razor sharp text whether I’m on word, excel or recording with Cubase and regarding colour, well I can understand the importance of colour variation from a pro photographers or video editors point of view but if not being able to tell the difference between 10 different shades of blue isn’t a deal breaker then you could do a lot worse than choose this monitor. I like the fact that the HDMI, VGA and power sockets on this model are facing straight down to the floor and inset back from the vesa mountings enabling you to get pretty much flush with the wall if you are choosing this method as opposed to using the included monitor stand. The monitors I received were just fine straight out of the box and I made no changes to the factory settings. If however, you’re not happy with these factory settings, then a quick single click on the on/off button situated on the right of the monitor will gain you access to the basic OSD settings, these will allow you, amongst other things, to set the brightness, contrast, language and volume. If you require more in depth settings then an i-menu is available to install from the accompanying cd rom. In summary, this budget monitor delivers great high definition images resulting in crisp, clear text and at this stage I really can’t fault it and although it’s great from my usage point of view it’s not going to be everyone’s cup of tea. At this cost, and bear in mind both the HDMI and VGA cables are included in the package, you are, in my view, getting real value for money.

It's a budget monitor so expect budget performance. Absolutely fine for doing work on and I've given it a whirl on a couple of games (Minecraft, etc). It's for my 11 year old daughter so it doesn't need to be amazing. The two HDMI ports are a godsend, and a very hard combination to find on a monitor these days. She needed these for the PC and Switch to connect. Also having speakers is great, though (as with pretty much every monitor speaker) the sound isn't wonderful. Adequate for her needs, and we can get separate speakers /headphones at some point in the future if needed. Two quibbles: the monitor comes with a power lead, HDMI lead _and_ VGA lead which is nice, but the power lead is too short. Unless your monitor is on an average heigh desk directly above a plug socked mounted at the usual height, you'll be struggling. I had to replace it with another one about a foot longer. It's a standard kettle lead so no huge expense, just a shame. Secondly, when switching between inputs it takes ages to hop from HDMI to HDMI. It would be nice if there was an "OK" button to say "yes, I've selected HDMI 2 - now go right there now, please"

Ninguna pega a la pantalla una vez desactivadas todos las "mejoras" automáticas que hacían que la piel de la gente se viera como la de la pantera rosa. Se ve de lujo y es de un buen tamaño para trabajar. Por lo que pagué de oferta es un chollo. Eso sí, los altavoces se los podían haber ahorrado: no los usarás más que la primera vez, salvo que seas fetichista del efecto radio de los 40. Realmente deplorables.

El monitor tiene un acabado perfecto, y funciona como debe, mi unico problema es que tiene un severo problema de "ghosting" que solo empeora intentando usar la opcion de overdrive, fuera de eso, todo bien

Es gab keine Probleme beim Transport o.ä. , das Produkt war ordnungsgemäß verpackt, Kabel waren alle vollständig. Die mitgelieferte Software-CD hat sich ohne Probleme installieren lassen, der Monitor an sich gibt ein Farbenkräftiges und Klares Bild ab. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist ist der Lautsprecher des Monitors der gibt echt keinen guten klang ab.

Totally it cost-effective.
