No, the FDX logos are probably reflective but I've only worn it under a jacket so I couldn't be 100% sure.

No u can wear it and it's comfortable without wearing nothing underneath

Hi, I normally ride for 90 minutes, not more than that, but did not remember any special "smelling" problem or complaints... However, I must tell that I sweat a lot, so my expectations were not very high on odor control!
